FAQs

Q: Can I use this to sync my gear?
A: Yes! The Model 12 is rare in the mixer world because it has 5-pin MIDI In/Out. It can send a MIDI clock to your gear so your recording stays perfectly in sync with your sequencers.

Q: Does it work as a "DAW-less" recorder?
A: Absolutely. You can record your entire live set to an SD card, then later take that SD card to your computer and drag the individual tracks into your DAW for final mixing.

Q: Can I use the on-board effects while recording?
A: Yes, you can choose to record your tracks "dry" (for mixing later) or "wet" (with the built-in reverbs and delays) depending on your workflow.

Q: Is it small enough for a live "backpack" rig?
A: It’s surprisingly compact for its power. At roughly 34cm wide and weighing just over 4kg, it fits comfortably into most medium-sized flight cases or gear bags.
