Not yet! We are currently a digital-first shop but we are excited to be opening our physical showroom in Chesterfield, UK, later this year. This will be a dedicated space for musicians, producers, and sound explorers to talk shop, demo synthesizers, and connect with the local music community (and maybe grab a beer or two).

We offer a 14-day right to return on all orders in line with UK consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Yes — all products sold through Blip come with the manufacturer's warranty as standard. Warranty periods vary by brand and product, and we're here to help you navigate any claims. If something goes wrong, just get in touch and we'll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to get it sorted.

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom with free delivery on orders over £150. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the near future.
