The Redshift 6 isn't just a synthesizer; it’s a sound designer’s toolkit. Powered by Supercritical’s legendary Demon Core technology, it combines 6-voice analog warmth with a level of flexibility usually reserved for digital workstations. Each voice features a digitally controlled analog oscillator that generates a wide variety of waveforms. Additionally, each voice has a digitally controlled 4-pole analog filter. Besides oscillators and filters, it offers six modulators, flexible voice routing, multitimbrality, MPE, and DSP effects. Redshift 6 is a variable character synthesizer capable of creating a wide range of sonic characters. The analog signal path allows each voice to produce warm, rich, sterile, or distorted sounds. The only digital component in the signal path is the stereo DSP effects processor.

The Redshift's six voices can be configured in various ways. It can be used as a six-voice polyphonic synthesizer or in classic 3+3 poly-dual-layer mode. The housing is compact and designed for desktop use.
