Q: Can I edit sounds directly on the keyboard?

A: You have access to 8 essential "Macro" and "FX" knobs for immediate sculpting. For deep, "under-the-hood" sound design (changing oscillators, routing filters), you use the included Analog Lab Pro on your computer and sync the changes back to the hardware.

Q: Does it include the full V Collection?

A: It includes Analog Lab Pro, which gives you playability of all V Collection instruments. Note: For a limited time (usually through Feb 2026), Arturia often bundles a full V Collection X license upon registration.+1

Q: Can I plug a MIDI controller into it?

A: Yes. The USB-A Host port allows you to connect a class-compliant MIDI controller (like a MicroLab or KeyStep) to play AstroLab's sounds from a second manual.

: How does the Wi-Fi work?

A: You can connect AstroLab to your home network or set it as a "Hotspot" to connect directly to your phone/laptop for wireless preset management and updates.

Q: Is it a sampler?

A: While it has a sample engine and can play back complex multisamples from Arturia’s library, it is not a "sampler" in the sense of recording and chopping audio like an MPC.
