Animal Factory Ozymandias is a stacked dual-overdrive and distortion pedal fit for the King of Kings. Superseding the legendary Pit Viper pedal by combining two independent, fully featured overdrive engines with unprecedented headroom, Ozymandias delivers everything from transparent high-headroom clean boosts to full-bore, bourbon-swilling crunch.

The pedal features two distinct channel voicings: the CROOK channel (left, blue LED) delivers an articulate, amp-like voice with huge low-end authority, while the FLAIL channel (right, red LED) is focused squarely in the upper midrange with tighter compression to cut cleanly through any dense mix. Each channel offers dedicated Gain, Tone, and Volume controls along with 3-way switches for hard (Grind) and soft (Grit) clipping, as well as frequency range voicing.

With independent inputs and outputs for each channel, Ozymandias can be run in Series for cascading high-gain distortion or in Parallel to process two independent instruments or dual-amplifier setups simultaneously. Operating internally at 22V from a standard 9V supply, dynamic response to player attack is unmatched.

Q: Can I plug two separate instruments into Ozymandias?
A: Yes! In Parallel mode, the Crook and Flail channels have completely isolated inputs and outputs, allowing you to process a synthesizer and a drum machine (or guitar and bass) through one pedal simultaneously.

Q: How does the internal 22V operation affect sound?
A: By running internally at 22V, the transistors have significantly more headroom, preventing unpleasant harsh clipping and providing incredible touch sensitivity and clarity.
