Moving away from rigid, pre-configured routing defaults found on legacy dual oscillators, Brenso approaches synthesis as a tapestry of "entangled" waveforms. It presents a beautifully tactile panel divided into color-coded sections that invite musicians to weave intricate, audio-rate modulation paths with absolute clarity.

The core architecture consists of two analog thru-zero triangle-core oscillators (color-coded Green and Yellow) that deliver pristine tracking and complex frequency modulation (FM) characteristics. Both voice cores feature independent controls for coarse and fine tuning, alongside dedicated mixable inputs for linear and exponential thru-zero FM. To make live stage performances completely stress-free, Frap Tools integrated an ingenious Coarse Frequency Lock button for each oscillator. Once pressed, the large Coarse dial becomes instantly inactive, protecting your patch from accidental knocks while keeping the fine-tuning knob free for micro-tonal adjustments.
